I researched our FOIA log and my email and could only find your correspondence dated 1/22/16 and 9/19/16. It appears that we never received the initial correspondence dated 9/22/15. We should have contacted you in 2016 to let you know we had not received the original request.

We will add this request to our log for FY18 and provide you with the number assigned and the estimated completion date. We will search for all records concerning the funding of the Tor Project in 2014. Due to our error, I will waive any fees.
