To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am seeking records discussing the issuance of rules, regulations, and guidance, around workplace use of N95s and/or higher grade respirators, to prevent transmission of COVID in the workplace between December 1, 2019, and June 1, 2020.

Should this be too broad a search, but only if that is too broad a search, you may narrow it only discussions that involve alignment with the CDC guidelines - I am not seeking the actual interagency communications.

I am also seeking records discussing the issuance of rules, regulations, and guidance, around workplace use of PPE of a lesser grade than N95 respirators - namely, but not limited to, surgical masks, cloth masks, face shields, and similar facial PPE used in place of the aforementioned - between December 1, 2019, and June 1, 2020.

Should this be too broad a search, but only if that is too broad a search, you may narrow it only discussions that involve alignment with the CDC guidelines - I am not seeking the actual interagency communications.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

ALEXANDER RICCIO

It appears there has been some mixup. On Nov 22, Muckrock reached out on my behalf to try to clear up an issue with accessing the acknowledgement letter, but received no response. Can you look into this? Maybe resend it?
