Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Please provide documents that summarize the number of Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) that were created or initiated by Fusion Centers in the United States, during 2018 - 2022.
2. Please provide documents that describe Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), created or initiated by a U.S. Fusion Center, that resulted in the criminal conviction of a U.S. person, during 2018 - 2022.
3. Please provide documents that detail or summarize any real terrorism event on U.S. soil, that was stopped or prevented by a U.S. Fusion Center, during 2018 - 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
