Greetings SOCOM FOIA official
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request any reports, statements, or other records generated by SOCOM personnel or SOCOM-affiliated federal personnel in connection with the widely covered incident involving the mistaken detention/interrogation of a Delta Air Lines pilot at a hotel in the Boston area. Please limit your search to records generated between the the detention of the pilot and the time you recieve this request. Please exclude media inquiries or responses, messages from members of the public regarding the incident, etc.
I am filing this request as a private individual on my own behalf and have no commercial or profit purpose in making this request. I am willing to pay all applicable fees, however I request a statement prior to proceeding if fees will exceed $100. I would prefer the request be fulfilled by email attachment or other electronic means.
