Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all documents filed by Protecting America Now, Inc. as well as copies of all correspondence between DCRA and the organization.

Protecting America Now is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit that appears to have been incorporated in Delaware on 12/9/2016. However, its website says it is operating at 1220 L Street, Suite 100-474, Washington DC, 20005. In its 990-N form filed with the IRS for 2016, Protecting America Now listed its address as 718 7th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. The organization previously listed PO Box 51206 at 800 K Street NW as its address in a fundraising solicitation. The group's tax ID number is #81-4673978.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
