Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all documents filed by the Judicial Crisis Network, as well as copies of all correspondence relating to the organization.

Judicial Crisis Network is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit incorporated in Virginia. Though its registration in DC appears to have been revoked, in Virginia state records, JCN currently lists its principal address as 3220 N St NW, Ste. 268, Washington DC 20007. In its most recent 990 tax return filed with the IRS, JCN lists its address as 1455 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 400, Washington, D.C. 20004. According to the Washington Post, JCN currently has an office at 1776 I Street NW in DC. The group's tax ID number is #20-2303252.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
