Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Memorandums of agreements, contracts and any other kind of formal or informal agreement between the Crow Indian Reservation and the Bureau of Indian Affairs as they relate to the creation of a Crow Tribal Police Force (also possibly known as the Crow Tribe Police Department) under PL 93-638, including a P.L. 93-638 Contract Proposal to assume all BIA-Office of Justice police protection services for the Crow Indian Reservation submitted by the Crow Tribe in January 2020.

The names and salaries of all police officers belonging or having belonged to the BIA division overseeing law enforcement on the Crow Indian Reservation, starting in 2014.

The names and salaries of all police officers belonging to the Crow Tribal Police Force for the period of time June-December 2020.

Any document mentioning funding of the Crow Tribal Police Force by the BIA.

I'm requesting this information for an in-depth magazine story I'm writing for Deseret Magazine.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
