Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all materials, including the contract of sale, related to the sale of the Wu-Tang Clan album “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin," which was ordered to be forfeited as a substitute asset in connection with the approximately $7.4 million forfeiture money judgment entered against Martin Shkreli.

According to a Justice Department press release, the sale was handled by Assistant United States Attorneys Laura D. Mantell and Claire S. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
