Good afternoon Mr. Hall,

The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) received your Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request for any information pertaining to contracts
awarded to a specific vendor (as outlined in your request), and assigned it
control number USSOCOM FOIA 2023-358. Please refer to this number should you
have any questions concerning your request.

Your request was processed in accordance with procedural requirements
promulgated in Department of Defense (DoD) Manual 5400.07, which is
available on the internet at:
https://open.defense.gov/Portals/23/Documents/FOIA/FOIA_Resources/DoDM%20540
0.07.pdf?ver=2017-03-15-135646-847. The actual processing time was
dependent upon its complexity, whether it involved sensitive records,
voluminous records, extensive searches, consultation among DoD components or
other agencies, and our administrative workload.

We placed you in the "all others" fee category, which means you are
obligated to pay for all search time beyond two hours and duplication costs
after the first 100 pages. Depending on the size of the document(s), we may
provide the final response on CD or electronically. A fee agreement was not
provided, which is the amount you give consent to pay associated with the
processing of your request; please be sure to provide an amount with any
future FOIA request submissions. In this case, however, no fees were
assessed.

Your request for information has been processed to completion. In order to
protect any personally identifiable information and ensure documents are
received, your FOIA request, USSOCOM's final response letter, and responsive
information, if any, in redacted format, are being sent to you
electronically via DoD SAFE. You will receive a separate email containing an
individual username and password. Once the email is received, click on the
link provided and you will be directed to DoD SAFE. You will then be
prompted to enter the provided username and password; once entered, you will
see the documents being sent to you along with instructions on how to
download them.

USSOCOM FOIA 2023-358 is closed with no further action from this office.
Regards,

Connie
