This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Please provide all communications by email, text message, letter or in any other form between officials of the U. S. Department of Justice and any of the following individuals:
George Zoley, Brian R. Evans, J. David Donahue, Ann M. Schlarb, John J. Bulfin, Thomas M. Wierdsma, David J Venturella or anyone else working for or representing the Geo Group.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. I am a contributor to Capital & Main, a non-profit news site, which produces news reports that are widely read on the Capital & Main website, as well as in such outlets as Newsweek, Fast Company, Slate, American Prospect and others through co-publishing agreements.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
