CBP OPR Ramey EEOC Complaint HS-CBP-02097-2020 (United States Customs and Border Protection)

Public court records show that CBP Agent Gilberto Velez filed an EEOC complaint in case HS-CBP-02097-2020 in August 2020. The same court records allege that an allegation of hostile work environment was filed against Gilberto Velez after the EEOC complaint. Therefore, I request the following records:

4) The oficial notification labeling Gilberto Velez as having anger issues given to him by Division Chief Roberto Arias, which Velez alleges exists in the public court records.
