Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Correspondence or agreements with the following BIE schools - Cottonwood Day School, Cove Day School, Dennehotso Boarding School, Jeehdeez'a Elementary School, Kaibeto Boarding School, Kayenta Community School, Many Farms High School, Pine Springs Day School, Red Rock Day School, Rocky Ridge Boarding School, Seba Dalkai Boarding School, T'iis Nazbas Community School, Tonalea Day School, Tuba City Boarding School - concerning the provision of school transportation to students of those schools.
All school bus schedules and routes for regularly scheduled student transportation for the 2020-2021 school years.
All school bus schedules and routes for vehicles outfitted with wireless hotspots for students.
Policies, goals, and performance standards of the BIE schools for bus commute times, route lengths, and student waiting time before school start or after school day end.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
