This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Documents related to the following contracts with the company Babel Street, formerly known as Agincourt Solutions. This includes not only the contractual documentation, but any memos or reports that make mention of this specific request.

The first contract I am requesting is dated April 6th 2015 and was for $246,000. The award ID is W90BRJ15P0015. Global and vendor DUNS is 829429369. PSC code is 7030. The contracting office within the Army was listed on the Federal Procurement Data System website as W3ZL OFC PM SANG MOD PROG.

The second contract I am requesting is dated September 18th 2017 and was for $148,925.79. The award ID is W91CRB17C5015. Global and vendor DUNS is 829429369. PSC code is 7030. The contracting office within the army is listed only as W6QK ACC-APG.
