The agenda and minutes for the Amtrak Board of Directors meeting that occurred on September 21, 2022. Noting that the minutes for this meeting were apparently approved during the board meeting of January 25, 2023. Noting further that these minutes were not provided as previous requested under FOIA request #23-FOI-00090 and FOIA request #23-FOI-00213.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Lowry,
The documents that you provided to me in response to my Freedom of Information request 24-FOI-00378 on April 10, 2022 are not responsive to my request, which was for the "The agenda and minutes for the Amtrak Board of Directors meeting that occurred on September 21, 2022.
Instead, you sent me the agenda for a Board meeting on January 18, 2022 and minutes for Board meetings that occurred on January 5, 2022, January 19, 2022, and January 20, 2022.
Not only were the agenda and minutes for the Board meeting that occurred on April 10, 2022 not provided to me with your reply but you sent me an agenda and minutes for Board meeting that I did not ask for in this request.
With this email I would like to ask that you tell me how this happened and what steps can be taken to see that an error like this does not happen again. Errors like this waste my time and the time of people in your office.
I will submit another request for the minutes of the April 10, 2022 meeting of the Amtrak Board of Directors later today.
