Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Information sent to Entertainment Software Rating Board to get rating for the video game America's Army: Proving Grounds. Information received from Entertainment Software Rating Board about the game's rating. Email to and from Entertainment Software Rating Board regarding the game's rating. If there is video file, release it as is without changing it. This request is for ratings on Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and if there are others, then other platforms too.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Information received from Entertainment Software Rating Board about the game's rating. Email to and from Entertainment Software Rating Board regarding the game's rating. If there is video file, release it as is without changing it. This request is for ratings on Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and if there are others, then other platforms too.
I have assigned your FOIA request DEVCOM AvMC FOIA # FA-23-0005. Please reference this number in the subject of any future email correspondence with this office.
Your request is being processed in accordance with 5 U.S.C. § 552, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Due to the need to search for and collect records from separate offices, as well as the need to coordinate a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Review, unusual circumstances apply which require an additional 10 days to process your request. I have placed your request in the complex request track and anticipate sending a formal response by September 6, 2023. Because we process FOIA requests on a first in, first out basis in accordance with 32 CFR Part 518.8(d)(1), this date may be sooner or later than expected depending on the amount of requests we are already processing and/or the availability of SME's.
Additionally, as an educational / news/media requester, you will not be charged processing fees.
