Amazon HQ2 Bid - Finalist (Tennessee Valley Authority)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

• A copy of the bid submitted by Nashville in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters — document(s) which would have been sent between September 1, 2017 through January 20, 2018 — including any specific subsidies laid out.
• Any supplemental materials provided to Amazon at the same time.
• The city's RFP answering the list of questions Amazon asked of the 20 finalists

Please provide responsive materials on a rolling basis.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
