The Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) for ALBERT EDWIN BECKER including Form DD-214, all Fitness Report and Counseling forms NAVPERS Form 1610/2, NAVPERS forms 1610/1, administrative remarks, Cumulative Record of Training (NAVPERS Form 5300/16), history of assignments NAVPERS 1070/605, military education, all military award citations.

Mr Albert E Becker claims service in the United States Navy as enlisted servicemember and commissioned officer, approximate service dates 1968 to 1995, Lieutenant Commander.
Claimed numerous awards including Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, defense meritorious service medal, joint service commendation medal, navy achievement medal, Navy good conduct medal, Navy Unit Commendation, Navy Expert Rifleman Medal and other decorations. Please redact any sensitive information protected by Privacy Act of 1974.
National Personnel Records Center NPRC search unable to locate the OMPF file, advised to contact Navy Personnel Command for information such as military service number or NPRC registry number. Please assist in locating the records. NPRC has confirmed records of servicemembers discharged before 1999 reside with NPRC in St Louis.

Records pertaining to LtCmdr ALBERT EDWIN BECKER reside at the NATIONAL PERSONNEL RECORDS CENTER, 1 ARCHIVES DRIVE ST. LOUIS, MO 63138-1002. Mr Becker has advised that his discharge from active duty in 1997.
NPRC has confirmed that OMPF records of servicemembers discharged before 1999 were transferred to and now reside with NPRC in St Louis.
