We received your Freedom of Information Act request on 4 September 2013. We are experiencing a tremendous backlog at the moment; however, we are diligently working your case. In order for the OPR to determine which record(s) and report(s) you are seeking, they are requesting you provide clarification on the following in correlation with your request below:

1) . A myriad of reports are maintain on an annual basis. If there is a particular type of annual report you are seeking please specify a report name or subject matter.

3). An Administrative Status Report is not maintained. Please specific what you are seeking.

The OPR had no concern with item #2 of your request; however, a response to item #4 seem possible but they were not sure if records existed. Please provide clarity to these concerns. Your case will be on hold until I received clarification from you. If no clarification is received within 10 days (20 September 2013) your case will be closed and you will have to submit another request for the information you are seeking.

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1) A copy of the most recent three annual reports of the Air Force Legal Operations Agency, located at Bolling Air Force Base, and which is a component of the Air Force Judge Advocate General's Office.

2) A copy of the current FOIA Administrative Appeal procedures/practices document utilized by Air Force Legal Operations Agency.

3) A copy of the most recent three administrative status reports from the Commander of the Air Force Legal Operations Agency to the Department of the Air Force.

4) A copy of the most recent budget justification document relating to the Air Force Legal Operations Agency.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
