Any and all emails sent or received by Acting Secretary of the Air Force Matthew P. Donovan from September 15th, 2019 to September 21, 2019, which mention the non-case sensitive phrases: "Area 51 Raid," "Storm Area 51," "They can't stop all of us," "Naruto," "Aliens," "September 20," "Homey Airport," and " Rachel, Nevada."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Ratliff

This is in response to your 30 September 2019, Freedom of
Information Act request for records relating to “Any and all emails sent or
received by Acting Secretary of the Air Force Matthew P. Donovan from
September 15th, 2019 to September 21, 2019, which mention the non-case
sensitive phrases: "Area 51 Raid," "Storm Area 51," "They can't stop all of
us," "Naruto," "Aliens," "September 20," "Homey Airport," and " Rachel,
Nevada."

We consulted with HAF/ES for a search for responsive records and none was
found. Therefore, a "no records" determination is made.

Should you decide to appeal this response, you must write to the Secretary
of the Air Force, Thru: SAF/AAII (FOIA), 1000 Air Force Pentagon, Washington
DC 20330¬1000, within 90 calendar days from the date of this letter. Include
in the appeal, your reasons for reconsideration, and attach a copy of this
letter.
