Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All internal reports produced since May 2019 regarding the departure of the U.S. military from Afghanistan
2. All electronic communication (email, phone call, and video calls) from the U.S. Secretary of State since January 2021 to and from Ashraf Ghani. This would include any transcripts of phone calls and the recording of the video call, if available
3. All communications between the U.S. Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense since January 2021 that contains the following words: "Afghanistan" and "Taliban"
4. All memos written by the U.S. Secretary of State and the Undersecretary of Political Affairs that contains the following words and phrases: "Afghanistan" and "Taliban" since March 2021

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
