Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Anonymized IO25 documents from secondary screenings at United States land, sea, and air borders or at United States Customs and Border Protection Preclearance Locations that involved the search or seizure of electronic devices taking place from 2008 until the date of the agency’s compliance with this request, including race, carrier, crossing date/time, inbound/outbound, embarkation airport, site name, organization location name, departure airport, inspection results, referral date/time, completion date/time, and comments. If portions of these records cannot be released because of ongoing investigations, please provide redacted versions.

A blank copy of the IO25 document form.

DHS and CBP training documents for agents/officers directing how searches of members of the media should be conducted.

Any and all requests in the TECs database for secondary screening, including those specifying electronic device searches, that mention the words "leak(s)," "leaker," or "leak prosecution."

Any and all policies relating to the handling or search of/for classified documents.

Reports to CBP general counsel concerning searches of members of the media.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
