This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all after action reports, communications, reviews or other investigation materials regarding the State Department inquiry into the delivery of a filing cabinet containing State Department documents to Lorton Reformatory in 1983, as well as all lists or descriptions of materials erroneously transferred in the filing cabinet, or, if possible, copies of all transferred documents. The State Department, via spokesman Joe Reap, recognized the event on November 8, 1983. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
