I am looking for transcripts of any 911 calls made between 7/13 - 7/18 of 2015 regarding the home of James "Jim" Gordon.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Rusty Weiss

Mr. Weiss,
In response to your FOIL request – the 911 system that the City of Troy utilizes is not managed by the city. Your request would need to be directed to Rensselaer County.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you. I'm not sure what I was thinking sending the request to Troy, as I am aware of it being Rensselaer County's call. I appreciate your response.
