Autopsy report for Alan Duff (aka Alan Lawrence Duff), age 61, who was born on April 17, 1947 and died on May 30, 2008 in Austin, Texas.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have received your request for records regarding Alan Lawrence Duff (Date of Death: 05/30/2008). In searching our database, we found no entry for a decedent by that name. We have no records for Mr. Duff. If the decedent died of natural causes, the attending physician may have signed the death certificate.
