Dear Public Information Officer:
At a special called meeting on July 13th, 2018, the University of Texas System Board of Regents voted to grant a lease to the U.S. government for U.S. Army Futures Command headquarters. Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I request a copy of that lease and all allied documents.
Sincerely,

Good Afternoon,
This correspondence concerns your below request for information to the University of Texas System ("UT System"). While the UT System Board of Regents recently voted to provide the U.S. Army with space in the UT System building, a lease agreement does not yet exist. Accordingly, UT System has no information responsive to your request.
UT System now considers this matter closed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Regards,
