According to a press release from Gov. Abbott's office on November 7, 2023, the Public Safety Office is administering 383 grant awards totaling $62 million for "homeland security" associated programs: https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-over-528-million-in-public-safety-grants

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documents sufficient to show the full list of awardees and amounts for the 383 awards totaling $62 million for "homeland security" associated programs described in Gov. Abbott's press release, linked above, from November 7, 2023.

This request is not seeking further documentation beyond the list of awardees and amount awarded to each.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
