An index of files related to Mexican military staging or basing operations in or from Texas or Fort Bliss.

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is the "penal" part of
criminal justice in Texas. In other words we are responsible for the
incarceration of offenders after they have been arrested, convicted of a
criminal offense, and received a criminal sentence. Therefore, TDCJ would
not and does not have any information concerning the operations of Mexican
military or police in Texas and the United States.

The primary state law enforcement is the Texas Department of Public Safety
(DPS). I apologize for providing incorrect information during our
telephone conversation. The Texas Rangers do fall under the umbrella of
