Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) the resignation or retirement letter, letters or emails submitted by UNT System Vice Chancellor & General Counsel Nancy Footer.

2) the resignation letter or email of UNT System Assistant General Counsel Caitlin Sewell

3) The final report produced by UNT System Internal Audit (produced somewhere between July 2019 and November 2019) of the investigation of the UNT Dallas Library, UNT Dallas Library Management and Selection of Library Vendors. This includes the full report and all supporting documentation.

I request that all these documents be sent via email, email attachment or USPS mail and not Sharepoint.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
