Police report and coroner’s report on Tamara Jean Holcknecht. DOB 07/27/1984
Subject was sent to Tarrant County for autopsy approximately 03/28/2007 following discovery of death
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello,
The documents sought related to this autopsy can only be obtained from the county that ordered the autopsy. Please contact the Office of Medical Examiner of Wichita Falls who ordered the autopsy. The documents sought by the requestor are records of the judiciary and are thus not public information subject to the Public Information Act under Section 552.003(1)(B) of the Texas Government Code. Subchapter A of chapter 49 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure governs inquests upon dead bodies in counties which do not have a medical examiner.
