To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
Please provide me with all records of the police response to the shooting committed by Arunya Rouch at Publix Supermarket on 3/30/2010. The records I'm requesting include incident reports and discharged round reports.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
Sincerely,
Alexander Yablon

I have processed your request for a copy of the Publix shooting and it amounts to 123 pages at .15 cents a page totaling $18.45. Concerning your request for discharged round reports that would be included in the Florida Department Of Law Enforcement's report. We covered the shooting outside of the building and they handled the shooting inside of Publix involving our officers. Please contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for any other records concerning this incident. I will send your request after we receive payment.
Thank You
