The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am requesting an update on the my request dated June 9, 2020. I received confirmation and a request for a check for $6,00 on June 12. I replied to the request and enclosed a check in that amount on June 24, 2020, but have heard any further information.
Can you please let me know if you need anythign further on my end to complete this request? If not, could you please let me know when I will receive the file I have requested.
