Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent to or from Commissioner Lance Gilman in the past year (since Feb. 9, 2020) that reference Blockchains LLC, "Innovation Zones" or originate from an address with an "@blockchains.com" email address.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I think the easiest way might be to send the file through We Transfer - it doesn't require you to have or create an account, and will generate a link that you can send me and I can download the file: https://wetransfer.com/

The We Transfer program would not provide a link without purchasing a subscription apparently because the file exceeded 2mb Perhaps I can put the file on a thumb drive that you can pick up. Are you in Reno or Carson City?
