MTC Cab Company Violations/Fees

Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Applicable records indicating any code violations and fees imposed against the following companies from 1/1/2014 to 12/31/2014:
- Wilson Taxi Company
- St. Louis County / Yellow Cab Co.
- St. Louis American Cab Co.
- Metropolitan Cab Co.
- Laclede Cab Co.
- Harris Cab Co.
- Chesterfield Car Service
- ABC / Checker Cab Company
- A Best Taxi Service

If there are summary records kept for each taxicab company similar to the "Driver Info Sheet" the MTC keeps for drivers that list the date, violation and fine imposed against each company, those records are preferred and would be in satisfaction of my request vs individual violation summons records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
