|Submitted||May 12, 2016|
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Jail commission reports detailing total commissions earned for all types of inmate calls from 7/1/2015 - 5/1/2016 or the most recently dated available report, including broken out commissions by specific call type for collect, prepaid, calling cards and video calls (when applicable). Additionally, I request the most current/active inmate phone service provider contract.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on May 12, 2016. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
Dear Mr. Ziegler:
Please be advised the St. Charles County Department of Corrections has not located any documents responsive to your request for records made pursuant to the Missouri Open Records Laws. If such records exist they most likely will be controlled by the St. Charles County Department of Finance. I now consider this matter to be closed.
