Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Current and previous contracts with 4Sight
- Requests for Proposals mentioning 4Sight
- Bills or invoices with 4Sight
- Any privacy impact assessments mentioning 4Sight
- Any instructional materials or presentations mentioning 4Sight
- Use policies and standard operating procedures mentioning
- Bulletins and Guidelines mentioning 4Sight

Personnel in the Police Department have advised this office that the“Custody Protection” system is scheduled to be used on a trial bases. There are no  Therefore, the City does not have any records that are responsive to your request. procurement records or SPD policies, procedures or training materials because the system has not been formally implemented and the trial use has not been scheduled.
