Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All electronic communications from between January 1, 2017 and November 28, 2019 to, and/or copied to, and/or from accounts and/or devices of the following Somerville city employees—Melissa Woods (email: mwoods@somervillema.gov), George Proakis (email: GProakis@somervillema.gov), Michael Glavin (email: mglavin@somervillema.gov), and/or Sarah Lewis (email: slewis@somervillema.gov)—that include the word(s) “Myer Dana” and/or “Scape” and/or “Utile” either in sender/recipient address, and/or subject line, and/or body of text, and/or email and/or other communication.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
