Police reports and body cam footage

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All officer statements and/or reports and all body cam footage from every officer that was on scene August 17th, 2018 at Mountain View apartments 77 el Camino real apartment 4 C . In regards to a search warrant served on said apartment. I would also like to request information on the initial 911 call pertaining to this incident. Any other documents, reports or records pertaining to this incident should be included. I am requesting these records be provided to me immediately.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
