Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All officer statements and/or reports and all body cam footage from every officer that was on scene August 17th, 2018 at Mountain View apartments 77 el Camino real apartment 4 C . In regards to a search warrant served on said apartment. I would also like to request information on the initial 911 call pertaining to this incident. Any other documents, reports or records pertaining to this incident should be included. I am requesting these records be provided to me immediately.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Revealing Resident,
I wanted to give you an idea of the cost of your request. The report will be $10. If you wish to have the arrest documents that would be an additional $0.75. If you wish to have the Evidence documents, they would be $0.50. So, if you want all documents the cost would be $11.25.
There are 7 body cams for a total of 12 hours. You are looking at minimum of 2 DVD which would be $50 ($25 per DVD) and maybe a third for a total of $75.
The 911 tapes are only kept for 1 year, so they are no longer available to you.
Request are done in the order they are received. With this amount of body cam, it will take me more then 10 business days to complete. Please let me know what exactly you are looking for. If you want all the documents and body cams, it will be at least $61.25 (to $86.25 if I need another DVD). If you want just the report and body cams, it will be $60 ($85 if there are 3 dvds).
