Evidence points to English Coastal Defence and a notable online music series based in Washington D.C. with English funding having received all of or some major portion of the contracts for entertainment in the Santa Monica Pier Concerts and Glow festivals. With that, I request record of all of the proposals for vendor services and winning contracts for musical entertainment for the year 2014.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

After a careful review of our files, the City has determined the Pier Concerts are not city produced so we do not have any proposals or contracts.  There was no GLOW festival in 2014.
