Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for the contract between Santa Clara County and Accela for building permitting software. We would like the contract between Accela and the county not the original RfP.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

This responds to your August 9, 2017 California Public Records Act request for the following document: Contract between Santa Clara County and Accela for building permitting software.
The County will provide you with a redacted version of the contract on or before September 4, 2017. Accela has taken the position that certain portions of the contract are not subject to disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act.
