The Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office has identified no records that appear to be responsive to your records request dated December 16, 2019.
We (Santa Barbara Sheriff) have no arrest records for Joseph Ortega.  If other local agencies in this county arrested him, then you need to contact those agencies for this request.
