The incident report and any supplements, such as police narratives, and/or investigative reports produced in relation to the shooting incident at Santa Teresa High School on 9/9/1999 either a full, redacted, or partial release of these documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of a nonprofit media outlet and these records will be used in the public interest.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I would prefer the request filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
