All text messages related to city business and affairs sent from and received by San Jose City council members, including Mayor Sam Liccardo, on the dates of June 18, 2016 through (and including) June 25, 2016
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The messages copied below are from Councilman Manh Nguyen's (D4) cell
"I personally attended an HOA meeting at the adjacent condo complex, and went out to the site on another occasion. That guy either forgot or he is a liar."
"There is a groundbreaking ceremony for Kaiser in District 3 on your calendar today at 1 pm. You do not need to attend. "
Following Council Offices had no communications responsive to your request:

The remaining offices are still working on extracting their text messages. I hope to have these finalized by Aug. 23.
