The City of San Jose has reviewed its files and has determined there are some serious cybersecurity concerns about releasing the SMTP addresses of our internal shared mailboxes, as it opens risk for our shared addresses to be spammed to the point of them not being usable for City staff.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this further, you may contact my office at 4087936878.
