Public reports show that the robotic delivery company Serve is operating in San Francisco: https://www.vice.com/en/article/93adae/food-delivery-robot-casually-drives-under-police-tape-through-active-crime-scene

Therefore, I hereby request the following records:

1) All presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), and other information presented to the department/city about Serve.

2) A copy of any incident reports relating to Serve delivery robots.

3) Any emails between the department and other members of the department or other members of the Los Angeles government about or mentioning Serve, including attachments and media.

4) Any emails between the department and employees of Serve.

5) Any resident complaints about Serve robots or other delivery robots.

6) Any requests for evidence, subpoenas, or other legal requests from the City of San Francisco or SFPD to Serve Robotics.

7) Any video footage or audio given to the SFPD or City of San Francisco by Serve Robotics

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Due to the length of time of your request, which is for more than one year of records, the Sheriff's Office estimates that our search will be completed in 6 weeks.
