Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
I would like copies of all complaints to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency regarding the use of private company buses in San Francisco to take technology company employees to their places of work in the south bay. I am aware that this data exists because of several news articles detailing public opinion about this topic. Here is a link to an NBC Bay Area news story from April 2016:
If appropriate, I also request that fees be waived because I believe this request is in the public interest. The documents will be made available to the general public , and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you could inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I prefer that the request be filled electronically by e-mail attachment if available.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
