The Department has undertaken a diligent search in an attempt to provide any and all records that could reasonably be identified as responsive to your request for public records. Your request sought the following:

As a result of the search, the Department has located and is providing eighteen (18) pages of records which may be considered responsive to your request.
Personal information contained in the records has been redacted based on the privacy considerations expressed in the CA Constitution (Article I, Section I), the CA Public Records Act (California Government Code §6254(c)), and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance (SF Administrative Code §67.1(g)).
The responsive records indicated above are currently available. A fee of 10¢ per copy is being charged (SF Administrative Code §67.28). Please provide a check or money order made out to "SFFD" or cash in exact change for the amount of $1.80.
The records are AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP at the Fire Department Headquarters located at: 698 Second Street, Room 224, San Francisco, at the corner of 2nd Street & Townsend. Dial "3403" or "3384" on the phone near the entry inside the building to be escorted upstairs.
