All documents, records and communications, including emails and texts and copies of original petitions with signatures, to and from the San Francisco Castro Community Benefit District staff and members of the board of directors (including executive director Andrea Aiello and board member Ralph Hibbs) concerning Another Planet Entertainment (APE) and the Castro Theatre, between January 1, 2022 and date of this filing request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Is the Castro Community Benefit District not subject to Sunshine laws and regulations? A re the CBD's not under the jurisdiction of your office? Because we know that these records do exist.
