Dumitrascu Death Response

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. A copy of the 911 call recording involving a death in custody at the Otay Mesa Detention Facility, located at 7488 Calzada de la Fuente
San Diego, CA 92154, on March 5, 2023.
2. The CAD Report for any response to the call.
3. The Incident Report for SDCSO's response.
4. Any investigative records or reports involving the death of Cristian Dumitrascu created, maintained, or received by SDCSO.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
