Dear San Diego City Clerk,
Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
An electronic record of any and all checks issued between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013, including but not limited to fields showing date, amount, recipient name, recipient affiliation, payor(s), purpose, and any notes.
I have requested these data previously and received them in an Excel spreadsheet and/or delimited text file. Please contact me at 202-615-3551 if it is for some reason not possible to again provide the records in one of these formats.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the journalism organization inewsource, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I ask that you please provide the data electronically, by e-mail attachment if possible or CD-ROM if not. Please contact me if you require someone to pick up the CD.
